One day visit to Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad was organized by Management Dept. for the budding managers of the PGDM. For this event they were prepared by the faculty member to conduct a “Survey of FMCG Products and Customers Preferences”: The motto behind this activity was to make the budding managers understand the behavior of today’s consumer and collected data on various products / brands / pricing / place to practically learn Marketing concepts. After the event they prepared a project report and presented in front of the Faculty members and their classmates. Learning for the students: They were able to correlate with the Industry, in other words it was to Bridge the Industry-Academia Gap. Students find it very fruitful and wish to prepare and present it better next time with more confidence and rigor.
